What is Diners Club e-Account?
e-Account is a service which provides a 24/7 Internet access to the Card account and enables Cardmembers to easily and rapidly: Receive information about new statements, Download statements in the PDF format, search and review your current operations, check your point balance in the Diners Club Reward Programme (on the e-Statement).

Who may use the Diners Club e-Account?
The e-Account service may be used by each Cardmember who has a Diners Club Polska personal card, both individual and corporate.

How to activate the Diners Club e-Account?
In order to activate the Diners Club e-Account, you should register as a new user. You may register for the e-Account on our website. Select the ‘Registration’ button from ‘e-Account’ tab in the main menu on the left. After a successful registration, the new user’s username will be sent to the e-mail address indicated during the registration process and the user will be able to log in to his/her e-Account.

How to log in to the Diners Club e-Account?
After a successful registration, the Customer may log in the e-Account by clicking the ‘Log in’ button in the ‘e-Account’ banner and by entering the user name received to the e-mail address provided during registration, and the password made up of 8 characters being a combination of letters and digits.

How to use the Diners Club e-Account?
After you log in, you may use the following options from the menu on the left:

Settings
This option allows you to choose e-mail notification of new statements by clicking the 'e-mail' box. NOTE: If the box is unchecked, you will not be notified of the new statements by e-mail.

Current transactions
The option enables you to view the list of the last operations for the specified Card and create an Excel file.

Search transactions
The option enables finding transactions by e.g. currency or date and creating an Excel file with the data.

e-Statement
It allows you to review the current or previous statements (starting from January 2006) and download them as a PDF file (you need Adobe Reader to open PDF files; you may download Adobe Reader below).

Diners Club e-Account security rules

1. Remember your password and don’t disclose it to anybody. If you lose the password, use the FORGOT MY PASSWORD feature.
2. Remember the username you received by e-mail and don’t disclose it to anybody.
3. If you lose your username, please contact Diners Club Polska.
4. Remember to protect your card data – during the registration process, please make sure that the session is encrypted (locked padlock icon at the bottom of the browser window).
5. If you lose your Card, you should IMMEDIATELY notify Diners Club or the bank that issued your Diners Club Card (24h hotline number +48 22 826 07 66).
6. Log in only at www.dinersclub.pl.
7. Never log in at any addresses or links sent to you by persons who are not employees of Diners Club Polska.

Other guidelines
Please make sure to have the proper settings in your web browser, which are described during the Diners Club e-Account registration process. Please avoid using publicly accessible places, e.g. Internet cafes, to log in to your Diners Club e-Account. The software used there may be modified of configured to collect data without your consent and knowledge.
