The Diners Club LOT Card is a co-branded charge card. This means that the Card requires a full monthly repayment of dues until the date specified on the statement, whereas with regular credit cards only the repayment of a minimum amount is required. Unlike debit cards, the Diners Club LOT Card does not require any funds on your bank account as a security for transactions. Additionally, the Diners Club LOT Card enables you to collect miles in the Miles & More Programme.

1. The applicant must be a member of the Miles & More Programme.
2. The person applying for a Diners Club LOT Card must be adult.
3. The applicant’s minimum gross annual income should not be less than PLN 60,000.
4. The application should be submitted with documents confirming the identity, employment and income of the applicant (the types of documents are specified in the application form).

You should submit the completed application form, a copy of your ID document or passport, a copy of your Miles & More card, a certificate of your average income for the last 3 months, a copy of your PIT tax return for the last year and bank account statements for the last 3 months to Diners Club Polska, ul. Senatorska 12, 00–082 Warsaw personally or by registered mail. Applicants with the status of a Senator in the Miles & More Programme may obtain a Diners Club LOT Card upon a simplified procedure.

In addition to regular commissions on cash withdrawal and international transactions, the only fee connected with the issuance and use of the Card is the annual fee. The commissions are added to the transaction amounts and are shown as a total on the monthly statement. See: table of fees and charges.

Each PLN 5 spent with a Diners Club LOT Card (excluding cash withdrawal and petrol station transactions) adds 1 DC point to the Cardmember. Each Diners Club point is 1 Miles & More mile. The number of points collected is specified every month on your statement. In order to exchange points into miles, you have to be a member of the Miles & More Programme.

NO. Diners Club points are transferred to the Miles & More account at the Cardmember’s request (in batches of 200 points). Your request should be submitted to Diners Club Customer Service Department by e-mail: customer.services@dinersclub.pl or by fax: 0 22 826 07 68.

You may combine both by joining the DC Reward Programme that will give you the opportunity to collect Diners Club points, without the need to apply for a new DC LOT Card.
