

1. What is a Diners Club GOLF Card?

Diners Club GOLF Card is a charge card. This means that the Card requires a full monthly repayment of dues until the date specified on the statement, whereas with regular credit cards only the repayment of a minimum amount is required. Unlike debit cards, the Diners Club GOLF Card does not require any funds on your bank account as a security for transactions. The Diners Club GOLF Card was developed for golf club members and golf fans. It provides you with discounts on golf courts in Poland and all over the world.
2. What are the criteria for obtaining a Diners Club GOLF Card?

- The person applying for a Diners Club GOLF Card must be adult.
- The applicant’s minimum gross annual income should not be less than PLN 90,000.
- The application should be submitted with documents confirming the identity, employment and income of the applicant (the types of documents are specified in the application form).
3. What documents should I submit and how?

You should submit the completed application form with a copy of your ID document or passport, a certificate of your average income for the last 6 months, a copy of your annual PIT tax return for the last 2 years and bank account statements for the last 6 months to Diners Club Polska, ul. Senatorska 12, 00–082 Warsaw personally or by registered mail.
4. What are the fees and charges?

In addition to regular commissions on cash withdrawal and international transactions, the only fee connected with the issuance and use of the Card is the annual fee. The commissions are added to the transaction amounts and are shown as a total on the monthly statement. See: table of fees and charges.
