Striving to provide our Diners Club Cardmembers/Card Users with the highest quality of service, we offer additional accident insurance coverage that may be bought for each Cardmember/Card User.
The insurance coverage offered is valid for 12 months, 24/7 all over the world, including Poland.

The above benefits will be paid irrespective of the benefits paid under the International Travel Insurance. The insurance premium is charged against the Diners Club Cardmember’s/Card User’s Card.
In order to get the insurance, you should send a written order by e-mail to: customer.services@dinersclub.pl or by mail to the office of Diners Club Polska, ul. Senatorska 12, 00-082 Warsaw. Your order should include:
- Name and surname
- PESEL statistical no.
- Card No.
- your selected insurance coverage option
- the clause: “Akceptuję Szczególne Warunki Ubezpieczenia i wyrażam zgodę na obciążenie mojej karty Diners Club kwotą składki rocznej wybranego wariantu” [I hereby accept the Specific Insurance Terms and Conditions and agree to my Card being charged with the annual fee for the selected insurance option].
The offer is valid only for Diners Club Cardmembers/Card Users and does not include third persons.
