International research of world’s most effective managers ever showed that the only thing that made these managers different from average management was that they never tried to change or correct people. What they did was seeing the special talents of the specific team members and allowed them to develop talents and skills. As there was no programme or platform for managers to acquire knowledge, this inspired Diners Club Polska to initiate the Talent Club programme.

The Programme is addressed to top managers, chairpersons, senior and middle management as well as people who aspire and learn to be managers: ambitious, well-educated people living in big cities who are very active in their professional life and have little spare time, and – as a result – have a limited access to the media. The most effective way to reach and communicate with this group was to build a web-based e-learning platform.

Talent Club was designed as a long-term nationwide educational programme for the Polish management staff, the main aim of which is to encourage managers to develop their talents and extend their knowledge using special tests and surveys available on an e-learning platform: www.talentclub.pl.

The research tools offered include:

  • International Extended DISC® questionnaire that enables a diagnosis of natural abilities and talents and a description of the behaviour and communications styles and ways of decision-making.
  • Knowledge tests related to managerial competencies, finance and sales which are available on the e-learning platform.
  • Research questionnaires related to areas such as managerial qualifications, job satisfaction, promotion and career.
