Our office is open Monday to Friday from 9 a.m. to 4.30 p.m. Outside these hours, you can obtain information through our hotline +48 22 826 07 66 and through the e-Account service which provides the Cardmembers with a 24/7 access to their card account at any place in the world.

If your card is lost, damaged or stolen, please contact us immediately 24/7 at +48 22 826 07 66.
